• Because of the nature of our services refunds are not permitted. 

• Unopened and unused products/home tools are permitted for exchange or credit within 14 days of purchase, no exceptions.

• Opened or used products/home tools are not permitted for any refunds or exchanges. 

• We ask that if you are unsure of a product that you purchase a travel size to try before committing to full size.
